MATCH DESCRIPTION
Freestone Shooting Complex located on the Miller Ranch has just under 1200 acres of land. Stages are based on real life hunting scenarios found within this region. Ranging from creek bottoms, and hunting stands, and open fields, dense forest and mesquite, and an inactive railroad on the edge of the property. Just 75 miles south of Dallas, this one of a kind facility located within 3 hours of every other major Texas city.
Houses 2nd to none amenities, hospitality, and shooter experience.
Breakfast and lunch will be provided Saturday/Sunday ranging from amazing breakfast tacos/burritos. For lunch BBQ brisket and pork sandwiches with chips, or beef,chicken,pork tacos, or quesadillas that are amazing.
Water and sodas will be in coolers.
We will give you scenarios to challenge yourself and your gear without having to walk miles and miles. We have multiple ranges on site that will lend itself to different styles of stages and shooting. You will shoot in both open and wooded terrain with targets ranging from near to far.
UTV’s, ATV’s, Motorcycles welcome for traveling to stages on the property and up around the main venue and campgrounds. We will have stages going throughout the property and will help with transporting for those who don’t have transportation. Stages will be grouped in multiple areas, then walk/ride/drive to the next area of stages.
We have a golf driving range with lights on site and will have contests and prizes after hours. We will have cornhole boards, fire pits, and drinks near the pavilion. We have a huge camping area for RV’s and trailers. Limited power hookups but water to top off campers. There are many apps you can use and have a camper delivered onsite to stay on the property. We have bathrooms and showers onsite. We have multiple ponds on site for fishing.
No refunds will be available but if you need to sell your slot just keep us in the loop and we can adjust as needed.
RANGE OFFICERS
To help us reward and better secure quality ROs during the 2-day event, vetted individuals will be offered a complimentary match slot for the opportunity to complete all stages in 1-day timeframe (on the RO Shoot Day), for points amongst the other hunters and for prize eligibility. The opportunity at this is set to take place on the competitor Check-in Day.

FRIDAY, FEB 7th
RO SHOOT DAY –
ROs can check zero at 100 yards before or after the mandatory safety brief. *Weigh in after you shoot the course.
- 7:00AM – RO competitor safety briefing (Mandatory)
- 8:00AM – RO Shoot Day (all stages for points & prizes amongst all hunters)
- Lunch will be provided on the go
- 4:00PM – RO Weigh-in/Velocity at check-in table immediately after completion
HUNTER CHECK-IN DAY
- 1:00PM – 5:00PM – Hunter Check-in/Weigh-in/Velocity/Zero. 1250yd Flat Range: Zero/PF SQUARE RANGE: weigh-in and rifle marking. 100 Yd Board and 200yd-1000 Yd confirmation targets will be provided to all competitors. Please note the match description for after hour activities
SATURDAY, FEB 8th
- 6:30AM – Hunter Safety Briefing –
Following completion of Safety brief Hunters go to stages and will immediately go HOT

- 4:00PM – Intended time of Day 1 completion (this may vary)
5:00 -6:00PM Gather at Pavilion for drinks, and golf range for contests for all Ro’s and Competitors.
SUNDAY, MARCH 9th
- 7:30AM – Hunters on stages
